Urban Indigenous Vaccination Clinics in Sioux Lookout

Vaccination clinics will be offered to all Sioux Lookout residents. Vaccine clinics will be held on the following dates: May 27, 28, 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (all days). The Hub will be available to provide transportation within town limits, please contact 737-5460.

There has been a notification that second dose intervals will be 21-28 days for the Moderna vaccine for the following groups: Urban Indigenous and their family members, highest priority health care workers and those who are on dialysis.

Indigenous people 16 and 17 years of age are eligible but must book by calling NWHU’s COVID-19 hotline: 1-866-468-2240
Non-Indigenous people 40 years and over can book online https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/ or by calling NWHU’s COVID-19 hotline: 1-866-468-2240
