First Step Women’s Shelter is a service provider providing information/support and assistance and emergency shelter services to abused women and their children. There is a shared concern for all women and children who are living with violence and for families which suffer as a result. The Shelter believes that when we work together, violence will become the exception instead of the norm within families.
