Offers a mobile Indigenous Interdisciplinary Primary Care Team, providing services to the SLFNHA communities and the Municipality of Sioux Lookout. Teams will travel to communities on a regular basis to provide collaborative care in the following areas: Nursing (RNs, RPNs, NPs), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Kinesiology, Registered Dietician, Mental Health (Social Work and Psychology), Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Traditional Healing.
