Update from Grace Place: Grace Place continues to offer their Day Shelter for those who cannot access other shelter in the City. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered to go. Clients are able to access shower, laundry facilities, haircut and have a place to sleep, on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Grace Place is unable to receive donations until further notice.
Update August 12, 2020: The Grace Place Day Shelter is open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and ensures that those homeless that cannot access other services who need support will receive it. Grace Place will be handing out a bagged lunch from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The dining room will be reopening after the Long Weekend in September. Policies, procedures and masks at the ready. Social distancing at line-up and contactless bagged lunches will be followed.

For those that need a Food Hamper, please register with 211 to be put on ONE Food Bank list. The R.F.D.A. is in the midst of amalgamating food bands to increase safety for those needing food and for those volunteering. Social distancing will be exercised for everyones safety. Please note, one Food Hamper per person/family only.
