Timmins Vaccination Clinics

Being able to manage the ups and downs of life is important during the pandemic. Take 15 minutes just for you, today and everyday!
Take care of your emotional health with these techniques from the Canadian Mental Health Association:
• Write out your feelings.
• Do something small that brings you joy.
• Acknowledge your grief.

The Canadian Mental Health Association: https://ontario.cmha.ca/take-15-minutes-just-for-you/ recommends the following ways to take social health breaks:
• Use social media to connect, not scroll.
• Connect virtually.
• Find ways to help.
